Our recipes recall the scents, traditions and flavors of our land and are gluten and lactose free, therefore they can be defined as “Simply good…”. The production capacity of sausage factory meets all requirements and the ovine and caprine references are accompained by its “HALAL” certification, whose method of slaughter complies with Islamic religious provisions. All our products are from certified meats and the prodution rooms are equipped with sanitary permits provided by current European legislation that allows the marketing and export of products outside Sardinia and Italy.

Noa Feudo Sardo has sought the best in order to accompany the tastiest dishes with the characteristic flavor of (mullet) bottarga, which is strictly certified. It is available in hocks, for those who want to taste it, cut into very thin slices and accompanied with extra virgin olive oil; or grated, to season excellent spaghetti.
